Refund Policy

StrangerTest is automated software sold as one-time purchases: a Full Scan for $29, and a Retest for $9, available from an eligible completed Full Scan. There are no subscriptions.

For example: our servers, our browser, a model provider we use, or a time or budget limit on our side stopping the scan.

• ·Your purchase is not used up. It returns to your account automatically, and you can start the scan again without paying again.
• ·If a rerun still cannot complete because of a problem on our side — or you would rather have your money back than try again — you get a full refund.

Some products put a barrier in front of every new user: a CAPTCHA, single sign-on, an SMS code, a card before access, or invitation-only signup. When a scan cannot get past one, it says so plainly instead of writing up a partial report, and your purchase is not used up, so you can run it again after changing the barrier. If no paid scan from that purchase can complete because your product cannot be tested, you can have a full refund.

A completed scan whose report finds no significant problem meeting our evidence bar has delivered what you bought. It is not a technical failure and does not qualify for a refund on that basis. StrangerTest does not promise any number or kind of findings.

If you bought a Full Scan or a Retest and have not started it, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

A Retest is sold only from an eligible completed Full Scan. If one is ever bought without one, nothing is added to your account and we refund it in full.

• ·Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer.
• ·A refund cancels whatever that purchase paid for and has not yet been used. Reports that were already completed stay in your account.

Email support@strangertest.app with the email address on your StrangerTest account, your order number (it is on your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and, if there is one, the link to the scan.

This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. See also the Terms of Service.
