The dashboard that explains itself when it is full often explains nothing when it is empty, and the first meaningful action — the one that makes the product worth keeping — is frequently the hardest thing on the page to find.
Signed-in testing, where your product allows it
A Full Scan can create one test account and go through signup, verification and onboarding as a new customer. Where a product needs a CAPTCHA, an SMS code, single sign-on, a card or an invitation, we say so plainly rather than quietly stopping early and reporting on the pages before it.
Nothing is bought, sent or deleted
Buying, paying, subscribing, booking, sending, deleting and submitting personal data are refused before they execute — not discouraged in a prompt. A refused action is explained to the user, who records the boundary and carries on, so a safety rail does not turn into a false finding.
Reasonable questions
Will it create real accounts on my product?
On a Full Scan, at most one throwaway test account, and only if your product asks for one. A restart reuses it rather than creating a second. A free scan never fills a password field at all.
Can it use my own test credentials instead?
Yes. They are encrypted, never appear in a report or a shared link, and are used only for the scan you attach them to.
