## What is StrangerTest?

- StrangerTest is an AI user-testing platform for founders and small product teams.
- It sends independent first-time AI users through live web products using real browsers.
- The users pursue goals rather than scripted test cases. They are not told where features are, which route to take, or what earlier users found.
- A separate evidence layer reviews the browser record before a candidate observation becomes a product finding. Observations caused by the test itself, or not supported by the browser record, are excluded and listed as not counted.

## What does a Free Scan do?

- 3 independent first-time AI users visit the product's public surface in real browsers, each with a plausible reason for arriving.
- Each visit is short: up to 10 actions and 130 seconds per user.
- No account is required to start. The Free Scan does not sign up, buy, send messages, publish or take destructive actions.
- The report gives the strongest findings the evidence supports, with the evidence, or says that nothing significant came up.
- Price: $0.

## What does a Full Scan do?

- 5 users, each sent on a deeper mission with a success condition, starting from what the Free Scan of the same product established.
- Where a mission needs an account and the product allows it, the user signs up with its own generated identity, verifies its email, goes through onboarding and uses the product toward first value.
- Up to 28 actions and 5 minutes of each user's own time.
- The report gives every finding worth acting on, what to change, how to tell the change worked, a prompt for a coding agent, and one re-test of the fixes.
- Price: $29 one-time. Additional re-tests: $9. No subscription.

## What makes it different?

- Cold-user information constraints: each user knows who they are and why they came, sees only the rendered screen, and remembers only what they did on this visit. They are not given the product's intended route, its source, hidden page structure, or other users' conclusions.
- Evidence adjudication separate from the user: the AI user's narration is not treated as fact. Browser state, screenshots, recorded actions, test limitations and independent corroboration are checked before anything reaches the report.

## What StrangerTest does not claim

- It does not predict conversion rates.
- It does not replace research with real people.
- It does not establish product-market fit or willingness to pay.
- It does not bypass CAPTCHAs, bot protection or other security controls, and it does not make payments.
- It has not published a reliability benchmark. Its research notes are exploratory engineering experiments on small samples and say so.
